Description

Ingredients
  • 1 c water
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1 banana
  • 1⁄2 c frozen mango
  • 1 orange
Instructions

Place all items in the blender and blend on high until well blended.  Pour into glass and enjoy!  Also feel free to substitute any of the above fruits for some of your own favorites, such as strawberries or blueberries.  If you add blueberries the color of the drink also changes to blue so kids may like the look of the drink better.

Notes

They say the best time to consume fruits is on an empty stomach so I would recommend drinking before breakfast to get all the benefits of this healthy beverage.
